About
How the referral line works
One phone number, independent contractors on the other end, and plain information on this site to help you ask good questions.

How the call works
From the phone to a dry house
You call
Dial (210) 750-1322. The call is routed to an independent restoration contractor that takes work in your area.
You describe it
What leaked, where, for how long, and whether sewage or floodwater is involved.
They inspect
The contractor arranges a visit, measures moisture and explains what they recommend and what it will cost.
You decide
Hiring is your choice. If you go ahead, the contract and the work are between you and the contractor.
What the site does and doesn't do
The site publishes guides about water damage in San Antonio and routes calls to independent restoration contractors. It has no crews, trucks or warehouses, and it does not inspect, price or perform any work.
Contractors, or a pay-per-call network acting for them, may pay for the calls. That is how the site is funded. You pay only the contractor you choose to hire, at the price you agree with them. Details are in the referral disclosure.
Where the information comes from
Local facts on this site, such as SAWS's rules, city permit lists, flood crossings and Texas licensing, were read on official pages on November 1, 2026, and each one links to its source. If a page has changed since, the official page is right and this site is out of date.
Leak, flood, smoke or mold
Talk it through with a San Antonio restoration contractor
Say where the water came from, which rooms it reached and roughly when it started. The contractor on the line can tell you what an inspection would look at and what they charge for it.
Water where it shouldn't be? Make one call.
The call goes to an independent restoration contractor that takes work in your part of Bexar County or the nearby suburbs.
