Insurance
Insurance pages summarize public guidance from the Texas Department of Insurance. They do not say what your policy covers. Only your policy and your insurer can do that. The site does not handle, negotiate or advise on claims; for help, contact TDI or a licensed professional.
Prices and timing
The site does not quote prices or promise when a contractor will call back or arrive. The contractor sets both.
Licensing
Texas licenses mold assessment and remediation through TDLR and plumbers through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Cities may also register contractors. Confirm any license yourself; see TDLR license search and TSBPE consumer information.
