How the site is paid
Contractors, or a pay-per-call network acting for them, may pay for calls placed through this site. The payment does not change what you pay the contractor. The site does not take a share of any job.
What the contractor is responsible for
The contractor you speak with inspects the damage, gives you its own price, writes its own contract and is responsible for its work, licenses and insurance. Check those yourself before you sign. For mold work in Texas, that means a TDLR mold license you can look up at TDLR license search.
Recording
Calls may be recorded and reviewed for quality and to confirm a call was connected.
